Safety Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:
Winterland:
- It is compulsory to wear long pants and socks to stay warm in subzero temperatures.
- Jackets and gloves are provided, but guests are encouraged to dress appropriately.
- Entry into the snow chamber is not advised in the following cases:
- Please carry your ticket at all times during your visit. Entry may be denied without a valid ticket.
- Pregnancy
- Pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart problems)
- Cold, flu, allergies, dizziness, or general illness
- Be cautious while walking on snow-covered floors to avoid slips or falls.
Carnival:
- Follow all ride-specific safety instructions provided by the operators.
- Height and age restrictions must be respected for your safety.
- Keep hands, arms, and feet inside rides at all times.
- Do not attempt to enter restricted areas or climb on ride structures.
- Report any discomfort or incidents to staff immediately.
Bubble Dome:
- Children under the age of 2 years must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No running, pushing, or rough play inside the ball pit.
- Remove shoes before entering play areas; socks are mandatory.
- Please avoid carrying sharp or hard objects into the play zone.
General Safety & Support:
- First Aid services are available upon request or in case of emergency.
- While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure your safety and comfort, Winter World management shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents.
